The short version -- Jim Ross is proactive, personable and professional. You couldn't ask for more.The long version --Having relocated to Ohio from Massachsetts, we knew very little about the area, market and processes. Jim was amazing every step along the way. He was knowledgeable and prepared us for every step in the process of buying a home here -- many of which differed slightly from our former home state. We really appreciated how attentive and responsive Jim was. He always answered calls, texts and emails very quickly, and always knew the answers to our many questions. Jim was also great at negotiating and we feel he helped us get out home at a really fair price. And after, he was excellent at the home inspection -- both with knowledge about the fixes we were requesting and with following up to make sure everything was done before our final walk through.All of this would have made Jim a solid realtor, but what makes him truly exceptional is the personal attention and efforts to go above and beyond. For example, when my sister came to Ohio to visit before we closed on the house, Jim arranged to give her a special tour of the home so she could see my beautiful new home before she left. It made her trip.Out of all of the realtors we have worked with at various points in our lives, we feel that Jim is by far the best. We highly recommend him.
